Refund policy

Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Not be personalised or custom-made

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Personalised products

  • Custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged

  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
